CentoVenti: Sparkling rosé that comes from a delicate vinification in rosé, with a short maceration on the skins.

The color is a delicate old rose with coppery reflections. The perlage is very fine and extremely persistent. The nose reveals floral notes and aromas of small berries with spicy hints and hints of bread crust. The taste is characterized by great balance and harmony, with fruity aromas and a nice mineral freshness

Color: Intense and bright pink natural color.

Bouquet: Aroma of small ripe berries: blackberries, raspberries; white flowers and also hazelnuts.

Flavour: Savory at the end but well tempered; dry, pleasantly fruity. Hints of licorice typical of a Pinot Noir vinified in red.
