Vinification: It begins with cold maceration, which allows the crushed grapes to rest in their own juice before pressing. Following this, classical fermentation takes place. The wine matures for 16 months, predominantly in stainless steel vats, with a smaller portion aged in used acacia barrels, which enhances its complexity. After careful batonage to enrich texture, it is bottled and refined for an additional two months, ensuring a harmonious and refined final product.

Tasting Note: This wine presents a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, exuding freshness and remarkable minerality. It showcases floral aromas and vibrant citrus notes of grapefruit, lemon, and lime, complemented by hints of pineapple and chamomile. Crafted through cold maceration and fermentation in steel tanks, with some maturation in acacia barrels, it pairs beautifully with fish dishes.
