Vinification: Beli Pinot, or Pinot Blanc, showcases a meticulous approach to producing a fresh, minerality-driven white wine. It begins with soft pressing to minimize harsh tannins, followed by controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Hand bâtonnage enriches complexity, and macrofiltration ensures clarity before bottling. The wine ages for 12 months, then refines for an additional two months in the bottle, resulting in a harmonious blend of vibrant freshness, pronounced minerality, and a well-structured profile.

Tasting Note: This straw-yellow wine with a golden hue offers intense aromas of nectarine, melon, mango, and bergamot, enriched by notes of lemon blossom and lemongrass. On the palate, it is softly refreshing with a mineral quality, revealing complex flavours of fruit, almonds, and citrus, complemented by subtle vanilla from nine months of oak maturation. Its elegance and balanced structure ensure a lingering finish, evoking sophistication.
