Vinification: Crushing and de-stemming are followed by 10 to 12 days of maceration with skins at 29 to 31°C. After racking, the wine ages in oak barrels for about 18 months before resting in steel tanks prior to bottling.
Tasting note: Deep ruby red colour with hints of garnet, broad and intense aroma, ethereal with notes of red fruits complemented by vanilla, cocoa, and spices. The flavour is full and austere, featuring subtle tannins that harmonise with the wine’s structure.
