Tasting note: Prepare to be transported by the dense, ripe, and lush berries with a tantalizing hint of dark chocolate. This wine is a harmonious blend of power and elegance, a true delight for the senses. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving you with a lingering sense of pleasure.
Harvest: The grapes are harvested by hand, directly in the vineyard during September, and placed directly into a small plateaux of plastic on a single layer, w left there until December/January.
This process is called “appassimento”.
