Vinification: Crushing and de-stemming are followed by 10 to 12 days of maceration with skins at 29 to 31°C. After racking, the wine ages in oak barrels for about 18 months before resting in steel tanks before bottling.
Tasting Notes: It’s complex aromas of ripe fruits, dark plums, and cassis, complemented by subtle notes of rosemary, thyme, and spice. The flavour profile is characterised by elegant tannins, delicate nuances of chocolate, leather, and vanilla, resulting in a harmonious blend of fruit and finesse with a long, intoxicating finish.
