Established in 2007 by founding partners who recognised the value of complementary expertise, this young Champagne house, specialising in “Eleveur de Grands Vins de Champagne,” has already earned international acclaim. Vines planted on Kimmeridgian subsoil, mainly clay-limestone, draw out notably rich aromas and flavours from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Most of the winemaking is carried out in oak barrels, followed by careful ageing to create complex, rounded cuvées with a refined, pure profile and a low dosage. All grapes come from Côte des Bar in the south of the Champagne region, where 25-year-old vines are grown on hard calcareous soils, trained by the Cordon de Royat system and cultivated for low yields. As of 2024, the vineyards are certified organic and are progressing towards biodynamic certification.
