Maison Huguenot Tassin was founded in 1984 by Benoît and Marie-Claire Huguenot. What began as a small plot has grown to 6 hectares, all of which are harvested and vinified into champagne. The family has been pressing grapes for the village’s winegrowers since the early years of the last century, and today Celles-sur-Ource, home to around 500 people, boasts more than 40 champagne houses.

Producing in the spirit of four generations, the Maison creates champagnes that balance heritage with future focused improvement, aiming for expressions that are increasingly refined, complex and distinctive. As a winemaker in Côte des Bar, Aube, it practises environmentally considerate viticulture through Terra Vitis, reflecting a national, sustainable standard grounded in respect for vine, terroir and consumer expectations.
