Bodega Plana d’en Jan is a winery in the Penedès area of Catalonia, Spain. It is located in the Montmell Mountains

multiple generations. Plana d‘en Jan was established in 2017 at the heart of Penedès (DO) by the gifted winemak
er Joan Marrugat, a remarkable grape grower. Throughout his life, Joan has cultivated high-quality grapes for the
most esteemed wineries in Penedès. His greatest aspiration was to personally vinify his finest plots, transforming
the exceptional grapes into distinct micro-vinified wines. With his hands and a deep sense of love, Joan crafted
these impeccable micro-vinification wines, enabling those who partake in them to experience his passion for his
craft and derive as much pleasure from it as he does. Consequently, each wine produced by Plana d’en Jan is
uniquely exceptional, with no more than 10,000 individually numbered bottles created each year, divided among
11 wines.
