Adele Rosso – Ca’ Vescovado

Vinification: A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Refosco in percentages not declared by the producer. The grapes are manually harvested, destemmed, and gently pressed. They undergo cryomaceration for 24 hours at 5°C to extract the primary aromas from the skins. The wine is then aged in stainless steel for 6/12 months.
Tasting Note: This wine captivates with its intense ruby red colour, accented by enchanting purplish-blue glints. The aroma is generous and inviting, revealing vibrant notes of luscious red berries, ripe cherry, succulent blueberry, and rich plum. On the palate, it commands attention with its bold personality. This harmonious blend is warm and round, showcasing meticulously crafted, elegant tannins that enhance depth. The texture is exquisite, culminating in a long-lasting, velvety finish with a memorable impression.
