Vinification: Crushing and destemming, maceration with skins for about 10 days in fermentation tanks with rotating paddles, délestage to improve the extraction of polyphenols, ageing in barrels of 300/500 litres for about 18 months, complete maturation in stainless steel before bottling, and refinement in laid-down bottles.
Tasting Note: Wine with an intense ruby red colour. The nose is rich with red berry aromas and hints of oak and vanilla. It is full and concentrated, with visible tannins and beautiful fruit. Complex and complete, it is full-bodied, with plenty of fruit and round tannins. It will be at its best after 2-3 years, with bottles lying in a cool, dark place.
