TASTE: Dry, warm and full-bodied, an elegant wine with a good structure.
SCENT: The bouquet is pleasant and very characteristic with pleasant floral and fruity notes, black currant, blackberry.
VINIFICATION: Traditional red wine vinification with skin contact and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature around 20-22°C. Use of selected yeasts.
