Corvina Senza Solfiti Igt Veneto – La Cappuccina

Corvina grapes are harvested in September in a very good state of phenolic ripening. They are crushed and de-stemmed, fermented and macerated for a fortnight, traditional punched, with temperature control, malolactic fermented and aged in large barrels for 5 months, naturally clarified, and bottled without oxygen.

Colour: bright red with violet reflections

Note: fruity notes of jam

Flavour: dry and well-balanced, noble tannins that are noticeable, without being aggressive
