Haut Belloc Reserve Rouge – Pays d’Oc Igp – Preignes Robert Vic

£10,00

Vinification: This wine is expertly crafted from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Cabernet Sauvignon, occasionally enhanced by Merlot and Syrah. The vinification process employs levurage with neutral yeasts and entails fermentation for 12 days at temperatures between 26-32°C. The result is a rich profile of dark fruit flavours paired with savoury notes and luxuriously smooth tannins, all derived from vineyards situated on basaltic and gravelly soils.

Tasting Note: This garnet-red wine delights with spicy aromas of ripe fruits and offers a round palate with notable presence. Known for its approachable style, it features prominent notes of strawberry and red currant, alongside hints of plum and earthy leather. With lower tannins, it’s an easy-drinking wine best enjoyed young to fully savour its fresh fruitiness.
