Vinification: Grapes are soft-pressed and macerated with grape skins for 7-8 days at a maximum temperature of 26-28°C. The wine is stored in bottles for 6 months before packaging and consignment.
Tasting Note: Wine with a bright ruby red colour that dims with ageing. Its delicate fruity aroma, reminiscent of raspberry and violet, becomes ethereal with age. The dry, harmonious flavour has a good body that becomes soft, velvety, and persistent with refinement.
