Vinification: Grapes are softly pressed and undergo maceration with grape skins for 7-8 days at a maximum temperature of 26-28°C. The wine is then bottled and aged for 6 months before packaging and shipment.
Tasting Notes: Bright ruby-red which softens on ageing; delicate, fruity nose of raspberries and violets that becomes ethereal over time; dry, balanced flavour, with good body that softens after ageing and lingers on the finish.
