Vinification; This exquisite wine is a harmonious blend of Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, sourced from vineyards at the foot of the Serra de Montsant mountains in Catalonia. After fermentation and maceration with the skins, it matures for 14 months in French oak barrels. The result is a complex aromatic profile, featuring enticing notes of red fruit, balsamic elements, and mineral nuances, complemented by a fresh, elegant palate and a velvety texture of sweet tannins.
