Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Merlot’s fruity notes are accompanied by the elegant tannins of Cabernet Sauvignon, which confers the wine with important structure and a smooth final.
Vinification: The maceration begins in big oak barrels for 40 days. After the fermentation is finished, it is aged in 20—or 30-hl barrels for 3 years and rests for 1 year in bottles.
The presence of sediments is essential to keep the wine alive and to conserve it.
