Vinification: Situated between Lizzano and the marina of Pulsano, this vineyard thrives in medium-textured soils rich with silica, clay, and sand, accented by rounded stones and gravel. The winemaking process features a careful maceration and fermentation in traditional cement tanks over 15 days. Following this, the wine matures for 12 months in second and third-generation barrels, allowing subtle oak influences to enhance its character while preserving the grapes’ natural essence. The result is a wine that beautifully reflects its terroir, inviting all to savour its story.
Tasting Note: This wine boasts a striking, intense red colour that evolves into garnet reflections with age. Its aromatic profile is dominated by ripe blackberries and cherries, layered with a hint of spice. The palate is luxuriously smooth, with velvety tannins leading to a soft, juicy finish that invites you to linger over each delightful sip.
