Vinification: Cold maceration and three different clones are vinified separately to be assembled later, as well as very ripe grapes and macro filtration.
Filling: 15 months after the harvest
Refinement: for two months in bottle Tasting notes: freshness, great minerality, only used French clones, hints of green pepper, tomato peel, a sauvignon that combines elegance and a very powerful smell/taste
