Red medium body and good longevity.
Tasting note: Black cherry, Christmas spice, Leather, Moist tobacco, Honey, Cedar, and barbecue smoke define the bouquet. It is long and smooth, with a soft, velvety finish. It needs some air to open up.
Harvest: The grapes are meticulously hand-picked in trays directly from the vineyard and brought to the dry room for a gentle drying process in the box(2/3 weeks). The unique location of the land and the abundance of old and new vines contribute to the distinctive tours and fragrant richness of flanges in “Le Sassine”.
