It is a joyful wine with character, made from the best Cannonau grapes from the vineyard, which reveals a specific structure and a well-defined personality.
The vinification process involves a soft pressing and 20 days of ma of the maceration of the grapes on the skin. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks without temperature control, and malolactic fermentation is not induced.
Aging: 16 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks, two months in the bottle.
Tasting note: lively ruby red with garnet reflections and is expressed on the nose with floral notes and red fruits such as cherry and plum followed by balsamic echoes of Mediterranean scrub.
In the mouth, it reveals its decisive structure with a good softness, which is accompanied by a fresh and sapid note and a fine and vibrant tannin. It has a long aromatic persistence.
