A joyful wine with character, made from the best Cannonau grapes from our vineyards, which reveals a certain structure and a well-defined personality.
Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, 20 days maceration on the skin. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks without temperature control. Malolactic fermentation not induced.
Aging: 16 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks, 2 months in the bottle.
Tasting note: lively ruby red with garnet reflections and is expressed on the nose with floral notes and red fruits such as cherry and plum followed by balsamic echoes of Mediterranean scrub.
In the mouth it reveals its decisive structure with a good softness which is accompanied by a fresh and sapid note and a fine and vibrant tannin. Long aromatic persistence.
