Light yellow color with green reflections. Complex nose: exotic notes, fresh almonds and rhubarb. Round attack on the palate. Good length with a fresh finish on notes of exotic fruits.
Vinification: Night harvest. Sorted grapes. Selection of the first juices. Traditional vinification at low temperature (18 °) after a slight cold maceration. Aging on fine lees for several months.
