Brut Rose Champagne Aoc – Henri Dosnon
£45,00
Vinification: It is crafted primarily from Pinot Noir, with a touch of Chardonnay, showcasing a commitment to sustainable farming practices. The grapes, hand-harvested and carefully pressed, undergo fermentation in tanks before maturing for at least 20 months on the lees. This delicate wine, with a non-vintage base from the 2017 harvest enriched by reserve wines from 2016, is then disgorged and slightly dosed, achieving a harmonious balance and exquisite depth.
Tasting Note: This exquisite Champagne Rosé captivates with its refined elegance, offering enchanting aromas of red berries and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it reveals layers of raspberry, white peach, and hints of kirsch and blood orange, all underpinned by a fine mousse and a firm, chalky body. The finish is lasting, mouthwatering, and mineral-driven, providing a truly memorable tasting experience.
