“D’Acco” Costa Toscana Igt – Alicante Nera – Fuori Mondo

Vinification: A low-intervention Tuscan red (IGT) from 100% Alicante Nera, vinified naturally with minimal sulphur. Hand-picked, about four days of maceration, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel or cement tanks, and ageing of roughly six to nine months, often in concrete vessels. The Alicante Nera yields a fresh, vibrant, fruity profile with restrained, naturally expressive character.
