Funtana Manna Limited Edition – Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Vermentino Biodynamic – Tenuta Masone Mannu
£27,65
The estate’s first biodynamic white from vineyards is now certified. Wild yeast fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by one month on the skins and aged for 12 months in a mix of concrete vats and French oak, primarily used.
Tasting note: Straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is intense, with notes of yellow apple, peach, and jasmine, and a background reminiscent of ch and wisteria, oak and aromatic herbs. The palate is full-bodied, supported by pleasant acidity and mineral sapidity.
