Funtana Manna Limited Edition – Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Vermentino Biodynamic – Tenuta Masone Mannu
£27,65
The estate’s first biodynamic white from vineyards now certified. Wild yeast fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by 1 month on the skins. Aged for 12 months in a mix of concrete vats and French oak, mostly used.
Tasting note: Straw yellow with golden reflections. Intense on the nose with notes of yellow apple, peach, jasmine and wisteria, on a background reminiscent of chalk and aromatic herbs. Full-bodied on the palate, supported by a pleasant acidity and mineral sapidity.
