Vinification:This wine is cultivated on Ponca – Opoka soils at an altitude of 110 to 140m, with vineyards dating from 1991 to 2003. The winemaking process involves spontaneous fermentation with skins in oak tanks for 60 to 90 days, followed by three years in large barrels and a year in bottle. Unfiltered and unfined, with minimal sulphites, it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians, with natural sediments enhancing its preservation.
Tasting Note: Malvasia, a semi-aromatic grape variety, presents a captivating bouquet of ripe white orchard fruits fused with spicy notes of green pepper and tomato leaf. The palate reveals a wet-rock minerality, layered with ripe pears and floral hints, culminating in a honey-like finish. Its remarkable length and balance are complemented by lush, ripe tannins.
