Prosecco Doc Treviso Extra Dry – Bepi Tempesta

£13,40

Vinification: Grapes are harvested between August and September, carefully selected for ripeness. They are then gently pressed to extract the juice, which ferments in stainless steel tanks with added yeasts. The wine undergoes a second fermentation, or Charmat method, in pressurised vessels for 30-40 days, creating its signature bubbles. After at least 30 days of bottle aging to develop aromas, the wine is finally bottled in spring and stored in cooler conditions to maintain its effervescence.

Tasting Note: This wine is a delicate, aromatic treat with a light body and fine bubbles. It showcases vibrant flavours of fresh peaches, pears, apricots, and apples. Pale straw in colour with bright yellow highlights, it offers enticing aromas of golden apples, honey, and white peach, all balanced by refreshing acidity and a clean, dry finish.
