Ribolla Gialla Igt Venezia Giulia – Damijan Podversic
£53,30
The Damijan Ribolla Gialla is sophisticated, pure and drop-dead gorgeous. This vintage is one of the biggest Ribollas Damijan has made over the years. Layers of yellow-fleshed fruit blossom on an expressive, generous finish laced with dried apricot, spice and crushed flowers. This is a fabulous showing.
Vinification: The maceration begins in big oak barrels for 60 to 90 days. After the fermentation is finished, it is aged in 20 or 30 hl barrels for 3 years and rests for 1 year in bottles.
