Sanct Valentin Weissburgunder-Pinot Bianco DOC
Golden green with glints of green. Soft aromas of melon and vanilla. Velvety, fresh and elegant. Concentrated.
Vinification: Minimum yield from carefully selected vineyards. The Pinot Bianco grapes are selected by hand from 10 to 30 year old vines in southeast facing vineyards in EppanBerg. Fermentation, malolactic fermentation and development on the lees in barriquetonneau.
The remainder is vinifiedin large oak barrels on natural yeast. Assemblage takes place after almost a year, followed by six months of further maturation in steel tanks.
