It is the historic wine produced by the estate in a new version without added sulfites for those who are
sensitive to it and for those who want to discover authentic and ancient flavours.
Vinification: Garganega grapes are harvested at the end of September with careful selection based on maturity and health. Destemming, maceration on the skins, and soft pressing are performed. The must is decanted, and fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature. Maturation occurs on its yeasts in steel vats.
Tasting Notes: White wine with a straw yellow colour and delicate aroma of flowers with fresh and citrus notes, almond flavour, and crisp, fruity, and mineral finish is typical of the Garganega grape.
