Vinification: Garganega, in its purest form, originates from the vineyard behind Villa Buri on Via San Brizio. The winemaking process includes hand-harvesting the grapes from a certified organic and biodynamic vineyard, followed by fermentation in 500-litre French oak barrels. The wine matures on its indigenous lees, which adds depth and character. The vineyard yields range from approximately 70 hectolitres per hectare to 45 hectolitres per hectare, with the composition being 100% Garganega from the San Brizio vineyard.

Tasting Note: This wine matures in 500-litre oak barrels, enhancing its Garganega aromas with notes of vanilla, acacia honey, and ripe fruit, yielding a warm, expansive character. Its deep golden hue reveals complex floral and fruity fragrances, complemented by sweet wood and spices. Rich and velvety on the palate, it pairs beautifully with seafood, foie gras, and grilled meats.
