Iselis Argiolas

Full bodied with a cooked apple and peach character that also combines almonds, cream and hints of vanilla.
Vinification: 100% Nasco grapes undergo cold maceration, soft pressing,
natural decanting and fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine is refined ‘Sur Lie’ for about 60 days.
A small portion of the must ferments and ages in small French oak barrels.
