Sinarra – Maremma Toscana Doc – Fattoria di Magliano

Vinification: Hand-harvested in late September, the grapes, 100% Sangiovese, undergo a 24-hour cold soak before fermentation in stainless steel for 20 to 25 days under controlled temperatures. The wine matures for six months in cement tanks, allowing it to develop complexity, and is then refined for an additional six months in the bottle, enhancing its character before release. This process highlights the essence of the Maremma region in Tuscany.
Tasting Note: It boasts an intense, fruity nose filled with vibrant red fruits and alluring violet notes. The palate reveals a rich tapestry of flavours, featuring succulent red berries and black cherries, delivering a persistent and velvety experience. Elegant and well-balanced, it also offers subtle hints of licorice and thyme, enhancing its complexity.
