Vinification: Carmenos, a passito red wine from La Cappuccina, showcases a meticulous vinification process that begins with the appassimento of Carménère and Oseleta grapes, concentrating their aromas and sugars. The winemaking continues with maceration of the skins with the must to extract colour and tannins, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine is aged for at least seven months on its yeasts, enhancing its complexity. The final result is a deep ruby wine with enticing aromas of ripe fruit and spices, culminating in a long, harmonious finish.

Tasting Note: A passito wine of exquisite elegance, boasting an intense deep red hue. Its aromatic bouquet reveals rich notes of black cherries, blueberries, and chocolate, achieving a perfect balance of sweetness and depth. On the palate, it is structured and velvety, leading to a long, lingering finish with a hint of spice, inviting repeated sips.
