Vinification: This wine is crafted from an equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, cultivated using the Sylvoz system with a density of 3,000 plants per hectare and a yield of 60 quintals. After hand-picking, the grapes undergo a 30-40 day drying period to enhance their aromas and structure. Vinification occurs on 23rd October, followed by 15-20 days of skin contact at 16-18°C. The wine ages for 18-24 months in 50 hl French tonneaux and is bottled for an additional six months before release.
Tasting Note: An intense ruby-red wine, with garnet reflections, boasts a sophisticated bouquet of wild berries intertwined with spicy and vanilla notes from oak aging. Full-bodied and warm, it offers a velvety palate enhanced by dried grapes, providing robust structure and exceptional roundness. The harmonious balance of flavors creates a truly captivating wine experience.
