TASTE: Full, warm and round, with velvety tannins.
SCENT: Intense bouquet where the fruity notes of black-cherry, ripe wild berries and plum are accompanied by intriguing notes of vanilla, coffee and cocoa.
VINIFICATION: the traditional red wine vinification with skin contact takes place after a period of 30 days where the hand-picked grapes are left to dry to concentrate aromas and structure. The vine ages at least 12 months in French oak barrels.
