This wine has an intense bouquet in which the fruity notes of black cherry, ripe wild berries, and plum are accompanied by intriguing notes of vanilla, coffee, and cocoa. Full, warm and round, with velvety tannins.
VINIFICATION: Traditional red wine vinification with skin contact takes place after 30 days, during which the hand-picked grapes are left to dry to concentrate aromas and structure. The vine ages at least 12 months in French oak barrels.
