The bouquet has hints of red fruit (blackberry, raspberry) and the characteristic herbaceous notes of green bell pepper, rocket, nettle, and freshly cut grass. It is dry and vinous, with a good structure and a pleasant freshness.
VINIFICATION: Traditional red wine vinification with skin contact and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 20-22°C. Selective yeasts are used in the fermentation process.
