TASTE: Dry, vinous with a good structure and a pleasant freshness.
SCENT: The bouquet is rich with hints of red fruit (blackberry, raspberry) and the characteristic herbaceous notes of green bell pepper, rocket, nettle, freshly cut grass.
VINIFICATION: Traditional red wine vinification with skin contact and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature around 20-22°C. Use of selected yeasts in the fermentation process.
