“Calbin” Tai Rosso Igp – Pialli
£25,50
Here we are in the center of Veneto, near Vicenza at the foot of the Colli Berici, with a grape variety that is almost unknown and yet typical of this area: Taï Rosso. Planted on a magnificent terroir made up of rocky masses crossed by volcanic veins scattered in the middle of this biodynamic area.
The pale ruby color identifies the grape variety. The nose is sweet, on small red fruits, the blackcurrant still crunchy until the explosion of cherry and ripe fruits. The palate is still young, the tannins show a masculine side.
