Vinification: Harvested in the third decade of October, the grapes are carefully picked and gently crushed before being macerated on their skins for 25 days. This process optimises flavour extraction during fermentation in premium stainless steel tanks at 30 °C. After aging for two years in French oak barrels and a further year in bottle, this wine, with an ageing potential of 8 to 10 years, promises a rich and evolving tasting experience.
Tasting Note: A vibrant ruby red wine entices with aromas of fresh berries, blackcurrant, and ripe plum, complemented by subtle mineral notes. On the palate, it delivers a fresh, well-balanced experience with silky smooth tannins. The full-bodied elegance is enriched by intriguing coffee and chocolate hints, leading to a warm, persistent aftertaste that lingers delightfully.
