Cabernet Sauvignon Igt Veneto Riserva “Telemaco” – Cason Brusá – Ca Vescovado
£24,60
Vinification: It is crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, cultivated using the Sylvoz training method with a density of 3,000 plants per hectare and a yield of 60 quintals. The flat, alluvial soil is rich in minerals such as calcium and magnesium. Late harvest involves controlled double maturation, followed by destemming, pressing, and a 15-day maceration at 20-22°C. After six to eight months in stainless steel, it ages in French oak barriques and tonneaux for 18-24 months, with an additional six months in bottle.
Tasting Note: This intense ruby-red wine with amber tints offers a warm, full-bodied taste, striking a harmonious balance between acidity and roundness. Its spicy bouquet is complemented by herbaceous notes and a captivating hint of vanilla from oak aging. On the palate, it is dry, warm, and richly full, making it a truly delightful experience.
