Gran Cuvèe Valgres Valdobbiadene DOCG – Rive di Combai – Extra Dry Prosecco – Serre

This precious pale straw yellow coloured sparkling Prosecco is made using only the best grapes from the Valgres plots within the vineyard.

View: The fizziness is small-grained and the perlage is delicate and persistent.

Nose: Its aroma is a mix of apple, pear, banana, wisteria and jasmine.

Mouth: Its flavour is velvety, wide, creamy with a vague hint of raisins.

This wine is very good as an aperitif but also at the end of the meal, especially with dry sweets.
