Falanghina Beneventano Igp – Cantina Sanpaolo

£19,80

Vinification: The process begins with hand-harvesting ripe grapes in late September. After a gentle pressing, the juice is clarified through decantation. Controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the grape’s fresh character. Following maturation, the wine is filtered and bottled, ready to rest and develop further in the bottle. This meticulous process reflects the estate’s commitment to quality and the unique expression of the Campanian terroir.

Tastine Note: A delicate straw-yellow colour wine with subtle green reflections, reminiscent of sunlit meadows. On the nose, it offers a vibrant bouquet of citrus fruits, harmoniously intertwined with hints of apricot and fleshy white fruits. These fresh aromas are beautifully complemented by toasty nuances and the gentle scent of wildflowers, evoking a sense of pastoral bliss. On the palate, the wine is juicy and savoury, striking a delightful balance between freshness and smoothness. It leads to a long, lingering finish, leaving an impression that resonates with every sip, inviting further exploration.
