Bianco Frizzante “Via Larghe” – Massimo Coletti

Vinification: Blend of 65% Glera and 35% Chardonnay. It is produced sustainably without the use of chemical interventions. The hand-harvested grapes undergo gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation, with a second fermentation in the bottle using the Col Fondo method. After ten months of ageing sur lies in stainless steel tanks, the wine is further aged for at least six months in the bottle, enhancing its quality.

Tasting note: A delightful white sparkling wine with delicate floral aromas and fresh notes of green apple and citrus. It features a refreshing acidity and a creamy texture, enhanced by vibrant effervescence. The wine culminates in a clean, persistent finish, showcasing a perfect balance of traditional craftsmanship and modern elegance.
