Vinification: A harmonious blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, and Verdil, creating a fresh and elegant citrus profile. Crafted from hand-harvested grapes, it undergoes a meticulous selection process and a three-day cold maceration to enhance aromas. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel for Muscat and Verdil, while the Sauvignon Blanc ages gracefully in 500L oak barrels for six months, reflecting the care taken in its cultivation from well-established organic and biodynamic vineyards.

Tasting Note: It showcases a brilliant golden yellow hue, exuding aromas of passionfruit, lime, and green apple. On the palate, it delights with vibrant citrus notes and distinctive acidity, harmoniously balanced by the smoothness of Muscat and the originality of Verdil. This elegant white wine reflects its limestone terroir, offering complexity and a delightful freshness that promises intriguing nuances with age.
