Vinification: This wine features a blend of Chardonnay, Malvasia, and Friulano, cultivated on Ponca – Opoka soils at an altitude of 110 to 140m. The vineyards, including Gradiscutta and Monte Calvario, date from 1991 to 2008. Fermented with skins in oak tanks for 60-90 days, it ages for three years in large barrels, followed by a year in bottle. The wine requires sediment for vitality and is best served at 15°C (59°F), enhancing its character and flavour.
